In my role as Employee Engagement and Development Specialist, I focus on fostering employee connection to the company’s culture and core values. With people at the heart of the organization, I work to incorporate learning and growth opportunities across various teams and functions within the organization, including our New Hire Orientation program, Local Connections program, and training programs for our mid-level managers. I strive to create environments where people come ready to learn, work hard, and have a lot of fun along the way.
