As the founder and CEO of AMH Business Solutions LLC, Ann brings over 30 years of experience walking alongside individuals, families, and organizations as they navigate breakdowns and breakthroughs.
Outside of her work, Ann cherishes her life as a devoted wife, mom to four grown sons, and Nana to three beautiful grandchildren. Her work is deeply personal—rooted in faith, family, and a calling to help others find their way forward. Known for her ability to hold space with empathy and wisdom, Ann creates environments where people feel safe to speak, be seen, and build something new together.

Outside of XCHANGE, my areas of expertise and competence are:
Facilitating partnering sessions for construction and cross-functional teams, providing certified conflict coaching for both adults and youth, and serving as a Strengths-based coach. I’ve led Organization Development work for major universities and designed and delivered workforce development programs as part of community engagement strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects. My work spans leadership development, mediation, facilitation, and coaching—rooted in empathy, cultural awareness, and a commitment to building trust and unlocking collective potential.
