Bio

Cathy serves growth-minded leaders around the world to help them maximize their influence to develop and lead high-performance teams. Her career spans 30 years in corporate leadership, successfully leading a multi-million dollar Business Unit for a global leader of enterprise data, analytics, and software solutions. For many years, she served on the staff of her church, where she was one of three leaders responsible for the day to day leadership of 700 adult members and 11 staff. Cathy is an avid reader and life-long learner. loves traveling and outdoor photography. She remains actively involved in her church as a volunteer teacher, leader, coach and mentor. In addition to living in Europe for several years, she has traveled to more than 20 countries on five continents, including Antarctica. She and John have been married 40 years.
