Charmaine spent her professional career in commercial finance, serving as a lender to small and medium-sized business enterprises. She is a graduate of Go Strategic’s School of Business Leadership, where she studied Biblical Marketplace Principles. Following her early retirement, Charmaine became a certified Kolbe Consultant and Performance Specialist, as well as a David Bayer-certified Transformational Mindset Facilitator, dedicating her expertise to empowering others in achieving personal and professional growth.
