Bio

My WHY: I help burnt out mother-doctors learn how to thrive and design their ideal work-life balance so that they can WIN FIRST. I help women because I know that when a woman wins, she will turn around and help others around her rise.

My HOW: Stories are powerful. You can learn and connect through stories, but so often you can also be held back by other people’s expectations for who you should be. When you are in pain, it’s easy to tell yourself stories that limit your potential. You might think you don’t deserve success, belonging, or love–that your gifts came by chance and not from your hard work.

My WHAT: My goal is to grow a global community of women who know that the world is waiting for them to step into their strongest and most courageous selves.
