Hey fellow conscious leaders!
I’m Deb, and my journey from a family farm to the agribusiness rollercoaster has been a wild ride of growth and resilience. While my roots are deeply planted in agriculture, my story has evolved into co-creating a global community of artists and creators, united by the shared dream of not just following our passions but creating a sustainable living doing what we love.
Raised on a farm, I soaked in the values of resilience and trusting instincts. Post-college, my love for agriculture led me to malting and brewing. A master’s at Montana State opened doors to managing the Cereal Quality Lab. Co-founding IntegraSeed, we turned a startup into a regional seed giant, later becoming part of a global family-owned company. Returning to agribusiness with Monsanto, I revamped the Wheat Quality Traits Testing Lab, handling challenges, guiding teams, and boosting innovation—all with the intention of infusing consciousness into one of the most hated companies in the world.
Life threw a curveball at 38—an MRSA mastitis during planting season. Juggling a newborn and a business, I pivoted towards wellness, becoming a Pilates instructor, health coach, and DreamBuilder coach. Founding two more businesses, I’ve spent decades guiding transitions with a no-nonsense approach.
Now, with my daughter Sara, we lead Raindrop, a global community of conscious creators, embracing courage, connection, and the power to transform lives by creating sustainable living doing what we love. Through BodyMindBusiness, LLC, I champion corporate consciousness, standing as a transformative catalyst, guiding business leaders not only towards success but also fostering a profound cultural evolution in the very heart of their organizations as they live their truth. My core belief? The answers we seek are within us.

Outside of XCHANGE, my areas of expertise and competence include fearlessly navigating the unknown, adeptly disentangling myself from toxic and unhealthy environments, nurturing the growth of my daughter -- an unbelievably lovely young woman, engaging in liberty work with my horse, dedicated inner work to align with my true self, and extending invitations to others to join me in living in full expression, elevating the collective life experience.
