Bio

I am an EDUcator dedicated to develop people and teams to achieve interdependent results that matter. Inspired by African Ubuntu Ethics, I work as a coach, team facilitator and speaker for various organizations since 2009, and serve as President of Ubuntu Leaders Academy in Latin America.
Coach trained by four different schools: ICI in Brazil, Integral Coaching Canada, Ontological Coaching by Newfield Network in Chile, and Institute for Generative Leadership in the USA. I also have an MBA from Babson College (USA) and a degree in Business Administration from FGV (Brazil). And I have various complementary training programs for self-knowledge, including clowning, organic agriculture, and yoga.
Before dedicating to the development of leaders, teams, and companies, I had more than 10 years’ experience in multinationals such as Unilever, Philip Morris, Whirlpool, reaching the position of Marketing Director for Latin America at Johnson & Johnson, my last executive position.
