Teresa has over fifty years of coaching, consulting, and recruiting experience, interacting with all levels in an organization and with thousands of individuals, primarily in the high technology industry. Her experience includes individual coaching of senior-level customer-facing professionals, as well as operations and business leaders as they are pursuing new careers.  Teresa has worked in all areas of recruiting, as an independent, for retained search firms, and within corporations such as Microsoft. She has delivered numerous workshops focused on mindfulness, career transition, communication, sales, and customer service.

At Microsoft, Teresa currently partners with leaders in Industry Solutions to recruit, interview, and hire senior-level business, strategy and technical consultants, program managers and leaders who are driving a multi-billion-dollar business globally.  She is also the creator of the Inclusive Collaboration program, delivering to diverse organizations worldwide.  Teresa is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Paradox Management.

In her own private practice, Dahl & Associates, Teresa was known as a trusted recruiting resource to diverse companies, as well as non-profit organizations, in the Pacific Northwest.  Executives and individual contributors retained Teresa for advice and introductions to her vast network in the Puget Sound area.

Prior to her recruiting and consulting experience, Teresa held management positions in sales, marketing, and information systems, as well as training and organizational development, all in the Pacific Northwest.  She worked for firms such as Philips Medical (ATL), Nixdorf, and Nordstrom.  Teresa sold computer hardware and software; managed multiple teams and a multi-million-dollar P&L; and trained thousands, giving her a strong foundation to understand and consult on the challenges and needs of both her corporate and consulting clients.
