Village Well was lucky enough to have Lisa facilitate for the Village Well Self Love Project, and she hit it out of the park. Lisa is able to "read the zoom room", aptly picking up on body language: a master skill in and of itself. I worked closely with Lisa to develop a strength based leadership workshop for leaders in our organization as part of our offsite.

As a leader, I strongly value the benefits of Strengths-Based Leadership to maximize organizational efficiency, build trust by focusing on developing the strengths of our people.I selected the RLD Group for this workshop after reviewing and comparing the work they did for other similar workshops. After meeting Lisa to discuss our organization’s structure, current state and our key objectives & outcomes we want to drive for the next year, Lisa curated a very specific/custom program that worked for all types of personalities within my leadership team while keeping company culture in mind.

Our investment in this workshop was well worth it resulting in building trust and better collaboration and conflict resolution. This was reflected in successful execution of key initiatives.. The prep work to get the most of the workshop was very valuable in setting the context, stage, identifying strengths and how the strengths are perceived when we focus on building trust amongst leaders and extended staff members. The exercises conducted during the workshop were well designed to drive specific outcomes.

Our workshop was conducted in hybrid mode where our team was all onsite and the RLD Group was remote. The tools and methods used were perfect in today’s hybrid world.

The best part is the post-workshop write-up RLD Group provided was very valuable. They provided post-workshop coaching services and focused on some specific areas where more work was needed.
