Dr. Michael Horwitz is a passionate educator, trainer, facilitator, and coach and strives to be a creator of memorable moments and making a difference in the lives of others with a blend of self-deprecating humor, social and emotional learning, and researched, fact-based theories, principles, formulas, and information designed to help the learner come away with their own personal connection with the material and move into action.
Michael has over 45 years of experience in individual and small business environments as a former Certified Public Accountant. He has been a licensed real estate broker for over 25 years and is a registered real estate instructor. In his capacity as a broker and developer he has spearheaded land acquisition, design, and development and has consulted on and/or brokered the design, development, and acquisition of numerous other projects including hotels, gas stations, office buildings, and vacant commercial land.
Dr. Horwitz has a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and a master’s degree in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. A bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida. He is a Certified ONE Thing Trainer and Coach, Situational Leadership Educator, Keller Williams University Faculty Member, KW Kids Can Master Instructor, and a Franklin Covey Certified Facilitator in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity.
Michael is a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and an Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Management at Nova Southeastern University. He is a personal and professional productivity coach, and provides education, coaching, training, and support to individuals and organizations helping them achieve outcomes that drive sustained superior performance.
