Bio

Hi, I’m Perry, a physical therapist turned Strengths-Based Mental Fitness and Leadership Coach and Trainer. I am passionate about serving leaders who value servant or transformational leadership styles and want to focus on being a stronger, healthier leader who effectively builds up, influences, and motivates those they lead.

Too often, I notice how people struggle in their careers because of maligned strengths and expectations, but most often because of poor leadership. You’ve seen it, too. Great clinicians or gifted professionals move into leadership or establish a business without appropriate training or coaching. Despite their best efforts, they miss the mark of effective and inspirational leadership.

So, I’ve taken lessons from my experiences as a licensed physical therapist, rehab business owner, ICF-certified coach (PCC), Certified Positive Intelligence PQ® Mental Fitness Coach (CPQC), Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership graduate (MAOL), and lifelong learner to disrupt this pattern and partner with growth-minded leaders, business owners, and their teams.
