Rob Murray is a full-time High-Performance Coach, Master-Facilitator, and founding Xchange Master-Faculty Member.
He’s run hundreds of Live and online events in leadership and corporate spaces before pivoting to online group coaching.
He leads Group Coach Magic with his partner Daniel Fernandes and mentors advanced coaches on how to create transformational Group Coaching experiences.
After running over 500 Group Coaching sessions with over two years in the field, they’ve created cutting-edge and powerful group coaching tools that coaches can easily replicate in their sessions to increase member transformation, deep engagement, and retention.
He’s helping coaches increase their impact, income, and time freedom by moving from the old 1-1 model to group coaching using advanced facilitation and engagement systems.

At 15, Robert Murray grew a business with a group of friends from a start-up to $200 million with the aspirational mission of being an example of how business COULD BE if it focused on making a positive impact in the world. That mission was so engaging; he spent the first 20 years not even thinking of it as work!
That early success gave him the passion for what he’s doing today.
He’s facilitated hundreds of powerful online and live conversations in organizations such as Keller-Williams, Organifi, State Farm, Google, Pro-Match, DaoCloud, and many others.
He’s coached hundreds of people to get more done, lead others better, develop skills faster and dramatically increase their sense of joy and confidence. He coaches people on the leadership skills necessary to be successful in today’s world.
