With over 20 years of corporate experience in HR, organization & leadership development, Sherry founded Lead Forward Consulting in 2008 to work with people-oriented companies to amplify learning and deliver more impact from training and development initiatives. She serves as a learning architect and specializes in creating systemic, impactful learning experiences that are engaging, practical and fun.
A life-long learner, her love of books now includes podcasts. She cherishes vacations with her two grown kids, hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and wine-tasting (well, drinking!). She enjoys entertaining, and guests know she is likely to try out new recipes if they come over for dinner.
